If it is to be, it is up to me.
Everybody have different condition of their own body, we can do what we think is fit for us. Like me, i am not do exercise frequently, so i will set a goal which specific, measureable, attainable and realistic like running three times a week, park car far away, etc... Of course, somebody who are interested in exericse, they can do more exercise, on the other hand, they can lose weight and keep health. I want to be health, i'll try my best, maybe it is easy for somebody to achieve my goal, but the possitive altitude is not compare to others, so i will compare to myself. Because if it is to be, iti is up to me.
